We've stayed her a couple of times and found the staff to be wonderfully helpful and accommodating which is truly the selling point of this location. In the realm of hotels that all have predictable amenities (well maintained public spaces, pool area, recreation room, etc), it's truly the quality of the staff that make this place an incredible value and worthwhile experience. Even the night staff were kind and helpful during what was a busy university graduation weekend.

Clean, friendly, great rooms for the price. Worth spending a little more to stay. Breakfast was great, variety of foods. Pool and hot tub and seating area clean and safe. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Just what we needed. A travel glitch required us to need a last minute place to stay and found the Regent Hotel and Suites to be perfect. It was easy to book, Eric at the front desk was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful, and the accommodations were not only clean but exceptional. We had a long day of travel and wanted something that was classy and affordable and required no effort on our part...the Regent Hotel and Suites in Ann Arbor delivered this beautifully. Thank you.

The room is small, nothing special, but cozy and clean. The hotel seems a bit old timey. That might be what they're going for, but the hallway has a Shining vibe. The staff are very professional, helpful, and nice. Honesty, it's what you'd expect a hotel to be. It's average and perfectly fine imo

This was our first time staying here, and were very satisfied with our visit. They hotel was extremely clean, and the staff was polite and pleasant. I would definitely recommend, and we will be using The Regent for all future stays.

Beautiful hotel, everything was clean, and breakfast was great. However, the pool is SO slick. I saw other reviewers mention this. It really is a lawsuit waiting to happen. They need to put some type of texture on the tile. My kids fell repeatedly and I watched others fall as well. Somebody is going to fall just right and break something. Other than that, it really is a great hotel and I would stay with them again.

The place is clean and comfortable. Rooms were well kept and the bathroom was clean. Only thing is that the air conditioning unit in our room was loud. Made a vibrating noise when the compressor ran. They were accommodating when we pulled up with a 5X8 trailer behind a pickup moving our son to Michigan.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. My only concern was the level of chlorine in the pool. The air was so thick with chemicals it was challenging to breathe. Other than that the stay was wonderful!

I've had the pleasure of staying away the Regent a number of times over the years, as it is the hotel of choice for my company in the area. The rooms are a little outdated, but they do a great job of keeping them clean. The pool and jacuzzi are a delightful reprieve from a long day's work. I don't have any legitimate complaints, and I have stayed at FAR worst places in Ann Arbor.

Staff was VERY friendly, and very helpful. The rooms were nice and very clean. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of a couple minor maintenance issues. But overall I was happy with my experience and would definitely stay again.

Very pleasant and quick desk service, was able to get boarding passes printed within 2 minutes always a plus. Room was a bit dated in design and carpet showing age, decently renovated bathroom. Overall pleasant experience. Thought it was a bit awkward having a public seating area overlooking the pool/hot tub. Group of kids eating pizza probably didn't want to see my hairy chest walking by staring at their food (I was hungry)

Hotel clean, pool is actually warm like stated on site. Staff friendly, beds comfortable and room clean. I like the game area with pool table and other games. We stayed Thursday night so pool and game area closed at 10pm. Would have liked the option of game area to stay open to 11pm for adult time but for understand it was a weeknight. Would stay again.
